There is a large bathroom shared between the two bedrooms each with its own access door. Each bedroom leads out to a decked walkway overlooking the garden. There is off-road parking with room for a boat. The laundry and BBQ area are shared with the owner of the property. Just a 2 min walk to the lakefront and beach.
