Tarawera Property Management is a boutique property management company run by local couple Angela and David Mackay. We have over 5 years’ experience have put together a dedicated team of professionals, who will deliver an exceptional level of service and care for your holiday home. We understand that your Tarawera Property is your pride and joy and we will look after it as if it were our own.
We want you to know that we will take care of your holiday home. Your guests will be well looked after and if you have any special requests for your own visits i.e. Stocking up the larder, preparing your beds or putting out the garden furniture the we're happy to oblige. We can also take care of maintenance and security checks if required, we're happy to set up your own bespoke requirements. We want to put your mind at ease in the knowledge that your holiday home is being looked after in your absence.
- We can personalise your holiday home management service, taking care of all home maintenance including lawn mowing and spa pool maintenance.
- We can organise annual spider treatments, deep cleans, window cleans.
- Regular security checks and property inspections.
- We make sure that we have time to dedicate time to each individual property, ensuring the best attention and care.
- Our small team of in-house cleaners are hired and trained by us, to ensure consistently high standards are maintained.
- We prepare the property for guest and supply all linens and basic provisions
- We personally welcome guests on arrival and with an on-call service we are only a friendly phone call away, should they require any advice or have any issues.
- No home owners want the same level of service. We personalise our contract with owners on the level of involvement and services required.
